Pacific Palisades development

Cauruso Affiliated, of The Grove fame, wanted to bring some life, and shopping, to the sleepy town of Pacific Palisades. An affluent neighborhood near the beach, its residents are justifiably protective of its vibe and its history. The plans for development took this quite seriously, working to maintain the scale and charm of Palisades past.

All communication for this venture—website, signage, construction barriers—had to be sincere. But it also had to be smart. We had an educated, demanding and potentially skeptical crowd to get on board.
